WhatsApp Business
The store number is prepared as the customer-service contact. Use WhatsApp Business for product questions, pickup requests, delivery coordination, supplier questions and customer support. A public customer-service inbox is safer than putting all customers into one group.
Business activation still requires owner-controlled phone verification in WhatsApp. Community groups/channels should be opt-in and separate from private customer-support conversations.

Community Live supports owner-approved Jitsi rooms immediately and Zoom/external meeting links when the host already has a meeting. It can be used for church services, prayer sessions, Bible study, fellowship, training and community meetings.
